🎂 Requisito de Edad
Todos los usuarios pueden crear cuentas y publicar diseños. 18+ para recibir pagos de comisiones.
🎨 Tu Contenido
Mantienes los derechos sobre tus diseños pero nos otorgas licencia para mostrarlos y venderlos.
💳 Pagos
Los precios incluyen IVA y entrega. Productos personalizados no reembolsables excepto defectos.
🤝 Uso Justo
Usa nuestra plataforma responsablemente. No se permite contenido ilegal o dañino.
Getting Started
Who can use Fabcrush?
Everyone can browse and order. An account is needed for the AI generator and publishing; only users over 18 can receive commissions.
Our Services
We offer personalized clothing and textiles, printed with your or AI-generated designs; registered users can generate designs and publish them for sale.
Accounts & Security
Keep your information accurate and protect your login details. You are responsible for actions from your account and must notify us if you suspect misuse.
Orders & Delivery
Orders & Payments
Prices include the product, printing, standard delivery, and VAT. All payments are processed in EUR via Stripe; there is a 2-hour window for order changes.
Production
Orders are produced within 5 business days; those placed by 12:00 (Europe/Sofia) are dispatched the same day. Delays may occur during high volume or for special designs.
Delivery & Address
We deliver in Bulgaria via Econt and provide tracking. You can correct the address within 2 hours of purchase; after that, the courier may charge a fee.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders cannot be cancelled after the 2-hour window; personalized items are non-returnable. Damage must be reported within 3 days, loss within 7 days. Defects must be reported within 14 days; no size or style exchanges.
Creativity & Earnings
AI Generator
You are responsible for prompts and results; do not generate content that violates laws or others' rights. Results may not be unique and are provided without warranties.
Publishing & Commissions
All registered users can publish designs. Commissions are earned only when others buy your design and are paid upon turning 18; rates are 5%, 7%, and 9% based on turnover.
Your Content & Rules
You retain your rights, but grant Fabcrush a license to print and advertise designs. Customers get rights to use the physical product. Do not upload content that infringes rights or is illegal.
Legal Framework & Final
Intellectual Property
Fabcrush name and logo, as well as our materials, are protected. Rights holders can submit infringement notices; we have a policy against repeat infringers.
Third-party Services, Privacy & Cookies
We use Stripe, WooCommerce, Econt, Mixpanel and other services; data sharing is described in our policies. Privacy and cookies are governed by separate policies.
Disclaimers & Liability
Minor differences between visualization and product are possible; AI results are provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the order value or BGN 1000, unless law requires otherwise.
Termination, Changes & Law
Fabcrush may terminate access for violations; some clauses remain valid afterward. Terms may be updated; legislation is Bulgarian, disputes are resolved by Sofia courts. Contact: support@fabcrush.com, +359 878 766 866.
