Full transparency for your order!

Every order you place with us is unique and made specially for you. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That's why you can cancel or modify your order up to two hours from the time of ordering.

Our return policy - in a few points:

Free order cancellation within two hours

You can cancel your order or correct the delivery address up to 2 hours after payment

After this period, we start production and changes are not possible. When changing the address, a courier fee may be charged.

Personalized products - no exchange right

Since each product is made personalized especially for you, refund of the paid amount is not possible in the following cases:

  • The item is produced according to the request and has no defect;
  • The wrong size, model or design is selected;
  • Damage or wear occurred after delivery/receipt due to use.

Damage or loss during transport

In case of damage or loss during transport, we will make and send the product again or refund the amount if we cannot send it again

  • For visible damage during transport: Please report to us within 3 calendar days of receipt, including clear photos of the packaging and product, as well as the order number.
  • Loss or non-delivery: Please notify us within 7 calendar days after the expected delivery date if the package has not arrived.

Defective or non-compliant items

"Defective item" means any product that does not meet your order - for example, it has a manufacturing or printing defect, exceeds reasonable deviations, or does not match the specifications of the order

If your item is defective or does not comply, notify us within 14 days of delivery, including the order number, contact information, and photos of the problem.

Contact Us Within Deadlines

Email us within 3 calendar days for visible transit damage (or 7 days for loss/non-delivery, 14 days for production defects). Include: order number, clear photos of outer packaging AND product, close-ups of any defects. For color issues, add a neutral daylight reference photo! 📸

We Review Your Evidence

Our quality team reviews your photos and order details within 1 business day. We may ask for additional evidence if needed. We resolve most cases within 5 business days! ⚡

We Fix It!

Approved cases: we repair, replace, or refund (your choice where possible). Refunds go to original payment method and take 5–10 business days. We usually don't need you to return the item! ✅
