You can cancel your order or correct the delivery address up to 2 hours after payment
After this period, we start production and changes are not possible. When changing the address, a courier fee may be charged.
Since each product is made personalized especially for you, refund of the paid amount is not possible in the following cases:
In case of damage or loss during transport, we will make and send the product again or refund the amount if we cannot send it again
"Defective item" means any product that does not meet your order - for example, it has a manufacturing or printing defect, exceeds reasonable deviations, or does not match the specifications of the order
If your item is defective or does not comply, notify us within 14 days of delivery, including the order number, contact information, and photos of the problem.

Email us within 3 calendar days for visible transit damage (or 7 days for loss/non-delivery, 14 days for production defects). Include: order number, clear photos of outer packaging AND product, close-ups of any defects. For color issues, add a neutral daylight reference photo! 📸

Approved cases: we repair, replace, or refund (your choice where possible). Refunds go to original payment method and take 5–10 business days. We usually don't need you to return the item! ✅
